We collect player details to manage tournament entry, player selection and fees. Date of birth, email, phone and receipts are private. Approved public profiles show display name, city and playing role. Photos are published only with consent. Entries are limited to adults aged 18 or older.
The association must add its data-controller contact, lawful bases, retention periods, recipients, international-transfer information, rights/request procedure and complaint details before launch.
